Scope Management

Assist the Developer to define the project mix use through market studies and investigations. Assess the status of the site zoning/ development plan entitlements to define the allowable development options.

Project Integration

CORE group shall identify, define and combine the processes and activities needed to integrate the various elements of the project management to serve the Developer requirement.

Time Management

Analyze the different scenarios related to the project duration in correlation with the expected sales and execution constraints.

Cost Management

Prepare the project preliminary construction Budget, sales returns and cash flows related to each duration scenario.

Resource Planning

Define the resources needed for the design/construction of the project, including the logistic needs. Core group will propose to the Developer the required project organization structure, operating procedures, etc.

Risk Management

Analyze the risks related to the project development in their different aspects.
