Design Review

Advise the Developer concerning the following services:

• Architectural Design
• Structural Design
• MEP Design
• Landscaping Design
• Ecological Impact
• Facility Management program Design

Oversee the design phases of the project to ensure that the Developer requirements are met for:

• Budget
• Schedule
• Function
• Aesthetics
• Low maintenance and running costs

Monitor the design progress during the Schematic, Concept, Design Development and Tender phases.

During all the Design phases, CORE group shall apply value engineering exercises to control the project budget and reduce the cost where possible.

Tender Phase

Provide the Client with the following services:

• Pre-qualification of the Contractors.
• Review bidding documents prior to issue.
• Manage the bidding process.
• Assist the Developer to select the bid winner.
